Your Personal Management and Responsibility for Your Own Health |
|
It is ironic that diseases which are responsible for a high proportion of deaths in the developed world today, such as
heart disease and lung cancer, are perhaps the most preventable. We can greatly
increase our chances of avoiding cardiovascular and other diseases by making the right lifestyle choices - particularly regarding exercise, stress management, smoking, weight management, blood pressure management, and diet.
