Acupuncture

Traditional Chinese Medicine is an Eastern medical system that originated in China over 2,500 years ago. Acupuncture is one of many treatment forms used in Chinese Medicine.

Every living thing has a life force, or "Qi" present inside it. This "Qi" can become blocked due to injury, poor diet, sedentary lifestyle, stress, overwork, etc. and the result is an imbalance in the body. This can manifest as pain or other physical, mental and emotional ailments.

By inserting acupuncture needles into specific parts of the body, the practitioner helps to unblock this “Qi”, thereby restoring its energetic flow in the body and bringing it back to a state of balance.
